The evaluation layer that applies the Ethos behavioral corpus to AI outputs in real time — scoring value alignment against patterns extracted from documented human behavior under pressure. Cryptographically signed certificates. Model-agnostic. No LLM in the scoring stack.

An autonomous infrastructure guardian that watches your servers and services — not as a passive monitor waiting for thresholds to breach, but as an active agent that detects developing problems before they become incidents and acts with calibrated confidence. It never blinks.

Memory, identity, and tool control belong to the system — not the inference engine. Models are cognitive engines: interchangeable, replaceable, swappable without breaking the user's experience.
Intent is classified deterministically before any LLM is invoked. The system knows what to do and which engine to use before it asks the model how to say it. No hallucination in the routing layer.
Interactions are etched, never rewritten. Memory accumulates append-only. Trust compounds over time. The ledger corrects forward — it never rewrites the past.

AI-nhancement LLC
A South Carolina-based technology startup founded by John Canady Jr. We focus on building durable AI infrastructure rather than single-session chatbot interfaces.
Our objective is to create systems where memory, execution control, and identity remain stable even as underlying AI models evolve. We develop orchestration runtimes that prioritize state persistence and architectural integrity.
Every design decision traces back to a single question: if you swapped the underlying model tomorrow, would the user's experience remain intact? If the answer is no, the architecture isn't done yet.

Founder
John is a self-taught systems builder with a history of designing low-level hardware and modern software extensions. He built AiMe's full cognitive stack — from the intent classification engine to the Living Portrait system — as a solo architect.
Prior to AI-nhancement LLC, he developed modern hardware extensions for classic Commodore computers under the commodore4ever name, including Wi-Fi modems and dual-display communication devices.
How we got here
Ethos Phase 0 Complete
Standalone value extraction pipeline operational. Ingest → extract → resistance score → RIC classify → JSONL export. Zero external dependencies. No LLM in the stack.
Live Presence Vision
AiMe sees the user. Timer-based webcam snap → Gemini Vision → presence-aware context injection. Snap interval live-tunable without restart.
Governance Runtime Operational
Full governance pipeline active: Anomaly Detector, Drift Monitor, Stability Monitor, Reinforcement Gate, Guardian watchdog, and Learning Cycle Controller all running in production.
Immutable Evidence Ledger
Append-only SQLite interaction ledger deployed for permanent identity persistence. Memory accumulates without rewriting. Corrections adjust policy, not history.
LogicCore Orchestrator
Central plugin bus and deterministic execution loop established. Every user input flows through a stable, failure-logged pipeline with no ad-hoc re-entry.
